At Aliqra Enterprises (Tushar Bhanushali), your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack every item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain a secure and fair shopping process, please refer to our policy regarding cancellations and returns.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the status is updated to “Shipped,” whichever occurs first.

  • Once an order is processed and handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled.

2. In-Transit & Shipping Policy (Strict Enforcement)

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS DURING TRANSIT

  • Domestic & International: Once a product has been dispatched and a Tracking ID/Manifest has been generated, no refund or cancellation requests will be entertained while the goods are in transit.

  • Proof of Shipment: We provide official proof of shipment to our payment gateway partners immediately upon dispatch.

  • Delivery Requirement: A refund or exchange process can only be initiated after the product has been physically received by the client.

  • Chargeback Notice: Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated while a product is legally in the possession of the courier service will be contested using our shipping manifests and this policy as binding evidence of fulfilled service.

3. 15-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order after delivery, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Quality Check: Returns are accepted only after the product passes our internal Quality Check process. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible.

  • International Returns: For international orders, refunds are processed only after the items are successfully returned to our facility or if the shipment is officially declared “Lost” by the carrier.
